You have various possibilities to apply for the KulturLegi:

• In person at the KulturLegi office at Caritas Lucerne
• By post with the application form
• Online

Together with your application, you submit documents on your financial situation. You can find the eligibility criteria and required documents here.
If you live in a canton where there is no Caritas regional office, you can submit your application to the KulturLegi office in Zurich.
