There are several ways to apply for or renew your KulturLegi:

• Online
   
• By post using the application form

• In person at Caritas beider Basel 
  Mon–Fri, 9.30 a.m.–12 noon, Lindenberg 20, Basel 
   
• In person at the Caritas market
  Thursdays, 2–4 p.m., Feldbergstrasse 67
   
• In person at Sozialhilfe Basel-Stadt
  (only for recipients of Sozialhilfe from Basel)
   
• In person at the Amt für Sozialbeiträge Basel-Stadt
  (only for recipients of supplementary benefits to AHV/IV-pensions or health insurance premium reductions in the canton of Basel-Stadt)

Please submit documents relating to your financial situation and a portait photo together with your application. The eligibility criteria and required documents can be found here.
